If you would like to raise an issue, have a concern, or are aware of a potential violation of the law, Harness’s Employee Handbook, or any other Harness policy, you can confidentially make a report through this Compliance & Ethics tool by selecting the “Make a Report” link at the top of this web page.

If you submit an anonymous report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Please write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place as you’ll need it check on your report for feedback or questions.

The Compliance & Ethics reporting tool is not an emergency service. Please do not use this site or the tool to report events presenting an immediate threat to life or property. Reports submitted through this service may not receive an immediate response. If you require emergency assistance, please contact your local authorities or public emergency service providers.
