This commitment applies to all individuals and entities who interact with or conduct business with Verdant, including employees, applicants, temporary workers, contractors, consultants, vendors, suppliers, customers, and other business partners.

We encourage you to raise concerns or ask questions if you believe a violation of law, policy, our Code of Conduct, contractual obligations, safety standards, or ethical expectations may have occurred. Employees are encouraged to speak with their supervisor, Human Resources, Legal, or management. External stakeholders may raise concerns through their Verdant business contact or directly through the reporting channels below.

If you prefer to submit a report confidentially or anonymously, you are encouraged to use our hotline, hosted by our independent third-party provider, EthicsPoint. Reports may include, but are not limited to:

  • Workplace misconduct, harassment, or discrimination
  • Safety or environmental concerns
