Our Commitment

As part of EFI’s ongoing efforts to continue to support our governance and legal compliance efforts, EFI provides access to an anonymous whistleblower hotline to all our employees throughout the world. This hotline is intended to be used for the submission of information regarding potentially unethical or illegal activities or activities that are not consistent with EFI's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

Our system is hosted by a third-party and can be accessed via the internet and over the phone. The anonymous information communicated through this site goes directly to our independent Business Risk Services (BRS) Department. One of the features of this whistleblower service is that it allows our BRS team to communicate with you on a completely anonymous basis. This is facilitated through the third-party provider. When you submit a concern or allegation, it will be reviewed by BRS who will respond to you via the system without knowing any identifying information about you.

We sincerely respect and value each of your opinions and hope you will feel comfortable using this whistleblower system to communicate problems and concerns regarding potentially unethical or illegal activities or activities that are not consistent with our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics. However, please respect our intentions of establishing an anonymous feedback system by using it only for this purpose. Remember, the whistleblower hotline is not meant to be a complaint line. Additional and more detailed information about the hotline was shared with you during new hire orientation and is available on our intranet website.

See the EthicsPoint FAQs for more information.

To Make a Report

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
