Our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics contains guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of ethics. Our Human Rights Statement summarizes our approach, including due diligence, stakeholder engagement and communications, and the governance and grievance mechanisms to hold us accountable. Our Supplier Code of Conduct establishes the minimum standards that our suppliers should meet related to ethical business practices, the treatment of workers, workplace safety, environmental stewardship, community impacts, and reporting and compliance.
We are committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want our employees and external stakeholders to feel comfortable and empowered to report instances where they believe violations of policies or standards have occurred directly to their managers or Pattern representatives.
In situations when someone prefers to place a confidential, anonymous report, you are encouraged to use this hotline hosted by EthicsPoint, a third-party vendor. The information you provide will be sent to Pattern Energy by EthicsPoint, ensuring confidentiality and anonymity if you should choose. You have our assurance that your comments will be heard and, when appropriate, investigated.

To Make a Report
After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
