Our Commitment

Greater Omaha Packing is an organization with strong values of responsibility and integrity. Our Code of Conduct consists of written guidelines to help us understand what is expected of us and help us make appropriate decisions. It is our guide to doing what is right. It is the foundation for all of our policies. Of course, this Code cannot address every situation, but it is essential to provide general guidance on how we should conduct ourselves. Each of us must adhere to ethical and honest business practices. There is no right way to do the wrong thing. If you need guidance beyond this Code, it is crucial to seek out advice. Start with your supervisor, and if they are unsure, they will get an answer for you.

Every Team Member is expected to conduct themselves ethically and responsibly while: employed by the Company, performing their work, and representing us and our business. An essential part of conducting ourselves in this way is knowing that this may mean that we go beyond the minimum requirements of applicable laws or regulations.

Greater Omaha Packing is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor, management, or human resources in instances where you believe violations of policies, procedures, or Code of conduct.
