This site is hosted by a third-party hotline provider, NAVEX (EthicsPoint). You can submit reports relating to violations of any of our policies and procedures, like our Positive Employee Relations Policy, Code of Conduct, and Safety Policies. You can also use this site to follow up on a prior report, or ask questions related to policies and procedures. We also encourage you to use this format to provide any positive stories you may have.

The information you provide will be sent to NFI by NAVEX (EthicsPoint) on a confidential and anonymous basis if you decide not to share your details. You have our guarantee that NFI will hear your feedback.

To Make a Report


By Phone

After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 2-3 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
