Our Commitment

At Amarin, we are committed to always doing the right thing. That is one of the reasons we have implemented a rigorous Ethics and Compliance Program and a reason we provide this Hotline.

The Amarin Hotline is operated by an unaffiliated, third-party hotline provider, EthicsPoint. The Hotline is made available for a specific purpose – to report concerns about possible violations of law, regulations, industry codes of conduct or Amarin policies or procedures, or other unethical or improper behavior. The Hotline is not a substitute for routine communications between Amarin colleagues and their managers concerning workplace duties. Likewise, it does not replace communications with Human Resources about job related issues or benefits questions. Nevertheless, if you believe you have a legitimate concern to report and are uncomfortable doing so in person, you are encouraged to make your report using this Hotline.

The information you provide will be sent to Amarin by EthicsPoint. It will be treated as confidential to the extent possible to conduct the necessary investigation and as permitted by law. We encourage you to identify yourself, as that enables Amarin to conduct a more thorough investigation. You may also make your report anonymously, but you should not include any information that may personally identify you. Please be aware that, where required by local regulations, Amarin must inform each person implicated in a report.

See the EthicsPoint FAQs for more information.

To Make a Report

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
