The Nuclear Threat Initiative (NTI) is committed to a work environment in which all individuals are valued and treated with respect and dignity. NTI expects that the conduct of all who work at NTI, and those who attend NTI-sponsored events, will be wholly respectful, professional, and free of bias, prejudice, and harassment. Our Code of Conduct contains guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of behavior.
NTI is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. If you are an employee, we hope you feel comfortable approaching your supervisor or Human Resources, in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred. We understand, however, that some employees may prefer using this alternate reporting platform.
Guests of NTI-sponsored events or meetings, and employees who prefer to, are encouraged to use this online platform, hosted by a third-party provider, EthicsPoint. You are encouraged to submit reports relating to violations of our Code of Conduct or other NTI policies—as well to provide positive suggestions and stories.
The information you provide will automatically be sent to the Senior Vice President and Human Resources Director by EthicsPoint on a confidential and, if you choose, anonymous basis. (If the information you submit involves the Senior Vice President or Human Resources Director, it will be sent to the NTI President.) Every complaint will be investigated. NTI will assess and determine appropriate actions based upon available evidence.
See the EthicsPoint FAQs for more information.
You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:
After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
