MLS Integrity Hotline
Major League Soccer is strongly committed to the integrity and safety of the League, including its games, Clubs, players, coaches, employees, and all other individuals associated with the League. To that end, everyone associated with MLS must conduct themselves in accordance with the law and League policies, as well as the highest standards of integrity and safety.
Individuals are encouraged to use this MLS Integrity Hotline to confidentially and anonymously report any conduct which potentially violates League policies or the law, or any other potential misconduct which you would like to bring to the League's attention.
Please note that individuals may make a report through EthicsPoint (MLS’ third-party hotline provider) by completing a report online (either web- or mobile-based browser) or by telephone at .
All EthicsPoint reporting mechanisms permit individuals to file a report anonymously if they so choose. If individuals elect to submit an anonymous report, the information provided will be sent to Major League Soccer by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and anonymous basis.
Protection Against Retaliation
Major League Soccer does not tolerate retaliation in any form against any individual who makes a report or who participates in the investigation of a report. Any individual who feels they have been retaliated against should immediately report such misconduct to the League via an EthicsPoint reporting mechanism. Acts of retaliation will be subject to appropriate discipline.
Report Key & Follow-up
After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

Do not use this site to report events presenting an immediate threat to life or property. Reports submitted through this service may not receive an immediate response. If you require emergency assistance, please contact your local authorities.
