A message about the Shenandoah Telecommunications Company Ethics Hotline

Shentel is committed to maintaining a culture of integrity and full compliance with regulations, legislation, and our own corporate operating policies and procedures. Our success as an organization depends on operating in an ethical manner as we interact with employees, customers, suppliers, communities and investors.

While we have policies in place that communicate our expectations related to ethical behavior, non-discrimination, and against harassment, we ask that all members of our team be equally committed to those standards, and to speak up when they see us falling short.

If you see something that doesn’t look right, it is the responsibility of each of us to ask questions and raise concerns. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred. In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, you are encouraged to use our Ethics Hotline, hosted and managed by our independent third party EthicsPoint, not by Shentel employees. The Ethics Hotline is available by telephone and web-based reporting twenty-four hours a day/seven days a week, and is available for use by employees, customers, suppliers, investors and others in a business arrangement with Shentel.

You have our commitment that all concerns submitted to the hotline will be properly investigated. Please utilize this valuable service when appropriate, thereby ensuring we all uphold the highest standards of trust and integrity.

To Make a Report

You may use either of the following three methods to submit a report:

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
