The Technical College System of Georgia is an organization with the highest standard of ethics and integrity. Our Ethics and Standards of Conduct for Employees, Ethical Responsibilities of Employees, and Standards of Business Conduct contain general guidelines for conducting business in accordance with these standards.

The Technical College System of Georgia is committed to an environment where open, honest communication is the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you believe violations of policies or procedures have occurred.

In situations where you prefer to place a report in confidence, you are encouraged to use this resource, which is hosted by a third-party hotline provider, EthicsPoint. You are encouraged to submit reports relating to violations of laws, regulations, or policies and procedures within the Technical College System of Georgia State Board Policy Manual, as well as asking for guidance related to policies and procedures and providing positive suggestions. The information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and anonymous basis should you choose not to self-identify.

The Technical College System of Georgia appreciates your willingness to come forward and report concerns. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard. We take these matters seriously and will not tolerate retaliation against individuals who report concern in good faith.

To Make a Report

You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
