Eastern Michigan University expressly prohibits retaliation or retribution against any member of the Eastern Michigan University community who reports, in Good Faith, a compliance concern or a suspected or potential compliance violation, or who participates in the investigation of any such report or matter. “Good Faith” means that the person making the report or participating in the investigation believes the statements they are making are true and correct to the best of their knowledge and ability.
