The FEMSA Ethics Line is the safe and effective way to report actions that violate our ethical principles. It was born from the company's decision to ensure healthy business and labor practices, both internally and externally. This is a formal mechanism for the directors, collaborators, and third parties with whom FEMSA has any relationship in the development of its operations, to report any breach of the Code of Ethics and Corporate Policies. Our Ethical Noncompliance Line is the means to report unethical conduct in a confidential, secure, easy-to-use manner and with the option to do so anonymously. The Ethics Line is operated and administered by NAVEX, an independent company from FEMSA, based in the United States, which guarantees objectivity, credibility and confidentiality in the process.
To avoid inappropriate practices or conduct in FEMSA and its Business Units, the Ethics Line is designed to: Promote and facilitate the detection of illegal practices and / or inappropriate behavior Facilitate your investigation and corrective action Encourage its prevention
