About ComplianceALERT
At TrueBlue every employee is asked to live our core values and demonstrate ethical and legal conduct every day and in every action. That means being kind, fair, and honest. It means doing the right thing. When you do the right thing, you help ensure we maintain a strong ethical culture.
Unethical, illegal or irresponsible acts can cause serious loss or harm to our Company, our employees and our customers. That is why it’s everyone’s responsibility to help prevent these activities. You make a difference!
TrueBlue established ComplianceALERT as a way for individuals affiliated with the company to anonymously and confidentially raise ethical concerns or report violations of the law or the company’s Code of Conduct, values, BE TRUE standards, policies, and other company rules. To report issues not supported by ComplianceALERT or receive answers to general questions, reach out to your manager or other operational staff you engage with regularly.ComplianceALERT is available in multiple languages, and reports can be made via the website or by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
As a global enterprise we understand that certain countries place limits on anonymous reporting. We are committed to respecting these limits. In those countries, report other issues to TrueBlue Employee Relations at hr-advice@trueblue.com.
In the U.K. and European Union, we strongly encourage you to identify yourself when reporting a concern through ComplianceALERT. Where permitted by the law of your country, your reports may be made anonymously or directly to your local management. Your privacy will be maintained in accordance with the law of your country and applicable European Union data protection laws. Whenever reporting a concern, we encourage you to present all details relating to your concern. The ComplianceALERT hotline is not intended to be a general complaint line or a place for reporting operational issues. In the UK, ComplianceALERT supplements the normal grievance procedure and is another option for employees wishing to report violations of the code or other concerns.
Please remember that you have an affirmative duty to raise complaints in good faith, and provide true, honest, and accurate information in all reporting. To ensure our teams can continue to focus on complaints and investigate fully with the proper resources, any misuse of ComplianceALERT can be cause for disciplinary action.
TrueBlue protects employees who raise concerns in good faith against retaliation. Any employee or individual affiliated with the Company who believes they suffered retaliation for reporting a concern or misconduct should promptly report the behavior through any of our available reporting channels.
Sincerely,
TrueBlue Legal Team
