Our Commitment

Veolia North America is committed to integrity and high ethical standards in all of its business operations. This commitment must be demonstrated in all of the company’s actions, both individually and collectively. To support this commitment, the Company has adopted Codes of Conduct, an Ethics Guide, and policies, all of which state expectations of ethical behavior for its employees.

All Veolia North America employees are responsible for knowing the company’s standards of conduct, as well as following the laws, regulations and policies related to their specific job. If an employee knows, or in good faith suspects, that improper conduct is occurring, or if they are ever instructed by a supervisor to engage in improper conduct, the employee should immediately inform the next level of management not involved in the improper conduct and/or the Human Resources, Legal or Compliance Department. If the concerns are not satisfactorily addressed, an employee may report the issue by using the Veolia North America Ethics & Compliance Helpline (via phone at 844-286-0002 or online at veolianorthamerica.ethicspoint.com).

When an employee reports improper conduct through the Veolia North America Ethics & Compliance Helpline, they may choose to remain anonymous. All reported matters will be treated confidentially to the extent possible in conducting and concluding an investigation, whether reported through the Helpline or through another channel. Regardless of the outcome of any investigation, an employee can be assured that the company will not tolerate any retaliation against them when violations or suspected violations have been reported in good faith.

The information provided through this third-party helpline provider, EthicsPoint, will be sent to Veolia North America on a confidential basis. You may also elect to remain anonymous when making a report.
