What is the Compliance Hotline?

The Compliance Hotline is Atrium Health’s confidential channel through which you can ask questions and raise concerns about legal, regulatory, or ethical issues. Our Code of Conduct serves as a guide for these issues.

Who administers the Compliance Hotline?

The Compliance Hotline is administered by an independent company (NAVEX) and is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You may report your concerns anonymously.

When should I report a concern to the Compliance Hotline?

If you know about or suspect a violation of our Code of Conduct, discuss your concerns with your supervisor or another leader within your department. If you are not comfortable addressing the concern with your leadership or the issues is not resolved or acted upon, we encourage you to report the concern to the Compliance Hotline.

What happens when I make a report to the Compliance Hotline?

Once you submit a question or concern via phone or web, you will receive a report key and password which can be used to follow up on your submission. Then, an electronic summary is sent to the Atrium Health Enterprise Compliance Office for review and to determine further action.

What is Atrium Health’s stance on retaliation?

Our policies prohibit disciplinary or retaliatory actions against teammates who make good faith reports. Our commitment to such is stated in our Code of Conduct. Every report of retaliation is taken very seriously.
