We act with honesty and the highest ethical standards in all business dealings. We treat customers, suppliers, and other business partners with fairness and respect.

We are committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred. Solidigm prohibits retaliation against anyone who in good faith raises, questions, and/or reports possible violations of law, the Code, or other company policies. Retaliation—or the threat of retaliation—is itself a violation of our Code of Conduct.

You are encouraged to submit reports regarding any violation of company policies, guidelines, and accepted practices, including our Code of Conduct.

To Make a Report

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
