The Coca-Cola FEMSA Code of Ethics is the basis of our business conduct, the foundation of our policies, procedures and guidelines, which is why in this document our ethical principles are formalized, it sets the course for us to always act in a comprehensive manner and we strive to make the right decisions with adherence to our values.

In case you detect any breach of our Code of Ethics or Internal Guidelines, remember that it is your responsibility to report it through our DILO Ethics Line, which is available 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

When reporting, keep the following in mind:

  • The reports are received by NAVEX, a company with an international presence and outside of Coca-Cola FEMSA, with which we ensure the confidentiality of the reports.
  • When writing your report, put as much information as possible, be clear in your writing and if you have evidence, attach it.
  • A specialized team is responsible for conducting investigations impartially and confidentially, taking care of the safety and physical and emotional integrity of those involved.
  • A report number will be provided to you so that you can follow up on it. It is important that you check the status of your report since in case there are doubts during the investigation, they will be sent to you in this way.
  • If the reported facts are proven, corrective measures are imposed on whoever is responsible.
  • In case of doubts about the DILO Ethics Line or the Code of Ethics, go to your Ethics Committee for more information. To contact the Committee, contact Human Resources.
  • Remember: all reports are confidential and there is no retaliation for reporting.

To Make a Report

After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
