Nuvei is an organization with high standards of ethics and integrity. Our Code of Ethics establishes the ethical rules and professional conduct for Nuvei’s personnel. The Code provides a framework for reflection and decision-making, while emphasizing honesty, professional responsibility, and compliance with the standards of behavior that Nuvei’s shareholders and stakeholders expect in all aspects of Nuvei’s business.

To support compliance with the Code of Ethics, Nuvei has established a Whistleblower Policy to safeguard the integrity of the company’s values. It is in the interest of all stakeholders of Nuvei, that concerns regarding Nuvei’s financial reporting and compliance with the Code of Ethics be reported, in order for incidents to be appropriately addressed.

How to Report your Concerns:

Nuvei Personnel who believe an Incident has or will occur are encouraged to report concerns through normal management channels. This means they should speak to their supervisor, department head, local Human Resources Department, or Legal Department.

If Nuvei Personnel do not feel comfortable reporting the matter through any of the above channels or if they wish to remain anonymous, they can report the matter here: through the Ethics and Compliance Hotline. The Ethics and Compliance Hotline is hosted by an independent hotline provider, EthicsPoint. The information provided will be shared with Nuvei on a completely confidential and anonymous basis.
