Our Commitment
Here at ALDI, we are committed to fostering an environment that is built on honesty, integrity, and responsibility. Our policies and practices help guide our decision-making and provide general principles for conducting business with the highest ethical standards.
We believe that open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. Therefore, we have provided this website for you to confidentially report any matters affecting the work environment or potential acts of misconduct, such as unethical or illegal behavior. Your willingness to come forward is important to us.
The ALDI AlertLine is operated by an independent third party, NAVEX, and is available 24/7 by telephone (toll-free) or website. Importantly, you may report your concerns anonymously and confidentially. The information you provide will be sent to us by NAVEX on a totally confidential and anonymous basis if you should choose.
ALDI's Non-Retaliation Policy
ALDI does not tolerate any form of retaliation against employees and individuals who raise concerns or report misconduct in good faith or take part in an investigation. In fact, ALDI considers an act of retaliation to be an act of misconduct.
