At Central Casting, our Background Actors’ welfare is our highest concern. We are committed to fostering open, honest communication while providing a work environment where you feel safe, heard, and respected.

We want you to feel comfortable coming forward in instances where you believe a policy violation has occurred and/or in situations where further investigating may be required without fear of retaliation or reprisal. Here, you can privately and confidentially file a report.

After you file your report, the information you provide will be sent ONLY to the Central Casting Talent Relations team by our third-party provider, Ethics Point. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard and responded to. In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, you can use this site or call the hotline phone number. We encourage you to submit reports relating to violations of our Standards of Conduct and Behavior, as well as asking for guidance related to policies and procedure.
