Thank you for accessing the Rochester Regional Health Compliance Hotline.

If you are a patient, a patient’s family member, or a customer who wants to report a concern, please call 585-922-5465 for assistance. If you are an employee, please see below.

This hotline is provided by NAVEX, a third party hired by Rochester Regional Health to ensure employees have a way to report concerns. All information provided to the hotline will remain confidential. In accordance with Rochester Regional Health Policy, we will not intimidate or retaliate against anyone who contacts us.

All hotline reports are investigated thoroughly. However, the result(s) of the investigations will not be made public.

To Make a Report

Dial toll-free, within the United States, Guam, Puerto Rico and Canada:

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
