After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a “report key.” Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After you report your concern, you can use your report key and password to check the status of your report and ask follow-up questions.
As a Dominion Energy employee or agent, you have a duty to report any concern that is perceived as unethical or in violation of company policies or legal requirements. Dominion Energy does not tolerate retaliation against anyone who, in good faith reports suspected unethical conduct or violations of laws, regulations or company policies.
At Dominion Energy we look to our Codes as a guide and resource for lawful and ethical behavior.
Anonymous Reporting
In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, you are encouraged to use this compliance line, hosted by our third-party compliance line provider NAVEX.
Concerns that are reported through the compliance line on an anonymous basis are sent to the Ethics & Compliance program for review by NAVEX without disclosing the identity of the individual reporting the concern.
Regardless of whether you choose to report anonymously or self-identify, your concerns will be reviewed by the Ethics & Compliance program.
