In addition to the reporting options available at the University, which includes contacting the University’s Equal Opportunity and Title IX Coordinator, you may use this hotline, hosted by a third party hotline provider, EthicsPoint. Lesley community members, including students, faculty, and staff, are encouraged to submit reports relating to possible policy violations. The University will be available to provide guidance on our policies and answer questions related to our policies.

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. You may add information after your initial report by using your report key and password.
