Drug Diversion Line
Kettering Health is committed to the safety of our patients, employees, providers and visitors at all times. To assure the upmost safety, Kettering Health has implemented a network wide drug diversion response team and drug diversion committee to detect and respond to all suspected medication diversions in a systemic, fair and structured manner. A consistent response to these events meets the legal and regulatory requirements while assuring a safe environment for all patients, staff and visitors.
To Make a Report
You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:

After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
