SUMMUM PROJECTS is an organization with strong values of legality, ethics, and transparency. Our Code of Conduct contains general guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of integrity.

SUMMUM PROJECTS understands that actions against law and ethics represent a complex problem in all economic sectors, generating the union of efforts for the consolidation of the culture of integrity; for this reason, we put corporate values in all actions and decisions that need to be made, so we want you to feel comfortable reporting cases where you consider violations of the Code of Conduct, laws, policies, standards and/or ethics have occurred.

In situations where you prefer to post an anonymous report, you can check that option in the report. Reports made will be managed by an independent third party (Ethics Point), you can also use this line to request information related to policies and procedures such as: conflicts of interest, warning signs, unusual or suspicious operations.

The information you provide to us will be sent to us in a completely confidential and anonymous manner if you wish. You are assured that such information will be treated with the strictest reservation, guaranteeing anonymity and not retaliation for the reports made.
