Reporting Misconduct
Partners In Health (PIH)’s mission of providing healthcare to the poor and vulnerable demands that we all adhere to the highest standards of professional and personal ethical conduct. We are committed to maintaining a culture of openness and accountability to prevent misconduct and wrongdoing from occurring and to address issues when they do occur.
PIH employees, interns, volunteers, board members, donors, community members, partners or service providers are encouraged to report concerns about any PIH activities that they believe to be illegal, unethical, questionable or contrary to our policies. For our employees, interns and volunteers, we want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred.
Reports also can be made to PIH using EthicsPoint, a confidential third-party hotline. The information you provide to EthicsPoint will be shared with PIH on a confidential and anonymous basis if you should choose. You may initiate a report by selecting your country from the drop-down list below. If you are in the US, anonymous reports may also be placed by phone at 833-594-2123. If you are outside the US and would like to report a concern by phone, please select your country from the list below for the corresponding phone number.
PIH does not tolerate retaliation against an employee who has reported a concern in good faith. Please see the PIH Complaint and Whistleblower Policy for more information.
See the EthicsPoint FAQs for more information.
To Make a Report
After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
