What should I do if I lose my report key or forget the password I created?

Because of the high level of security that is maintained, if you lose your report key or password, you will need to file a new report. Mention in the new submission that it is related to a concern you previously filed and provide as much information as possible relating to the previous report.

AGCO will treat reports as confidentially as possible and will share the information only as necessary to facilitate a prompt and thorough investigation of our report.
