Our Commitment
Project44 strongly values responsibility and integrity in how we do business and in how we interact with others. Our Code of Conduct and supporting policies provide guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of ethics and for ensuring others are always treated with respect and consideration.
Project44 is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you believe violations of the Code of Conduct, our policies or other standards have occurred. You can also raise concerns directly to the Legal or People departments.
In situations where you prefer to place a confidential report outside those channels, you are encouraged to use this project44 Helpline, hosted by a third-party provider, EthicsPoint. You can use the Helpline to submit reports relating to violations stated in our Code of Conduct, policies or other standards, to ask for guidance related to policies and procedures, and to provide suggestions for improvement.
Where allowed by local law, you can submit reports anonymously. All reports are treated as confidential. You have our promise that your reports will be heard and your concerns will be addressed.
Project44 prohibits retaliation against anyone who reports, or participates in an investigation of, a possible violation of project44’s Code of Conduct, policies or procedures, or the law. Project44 also prohibits retaliation against Team Members who refuse to participate in suspected improper or wrongful activity. For more information, please see project44’s Confidential Reporting and Anti-Retaliation Policy.
See the EthicsPoint FAQs for more information.
To Make a Report
After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 2-3 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
