MacroSource, LLC is committed to an environment of open and honest. We want employees to feel comfortable in approaching their supervisor, management or Human Resources if they believe violations of policies or standards have occurred.

In situations employees you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, they are encouraged to use this hotline, hosted by a third-party hotline provider, EthicsPoint. Employees are encouraged to submit reports relating to violations stated in our Code of Conduct, as well as asking for guidance related to policies and procedures and providing positive suggestions and stories.

The information submitted by EthicsPoint will be on a confidential and anonymous basis if the employee should choose and employees have our guarantee that comments via EthicsPoint will be heard.
