Our Commitment

Southcoast Health is committed to acting ethically, being accountable, and doing what’s right – always. Our Code of Conduct contains guidelines and expectations for Southcoast Health employees, business partners and service providers.

We encourage open and honest communication. Asking questions and raising concerns are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or members of management when you believe violations of policies or standards may have occurred.

You are encouraged to submit a report if you are aware or observe potential violations of our Code of Conduct, as well as to ask for guidance related to policies and procedures. Whether you prefer to report an incident or concern directly, or place an anonymous report in confidence, you are encouraged to call the Compliance Helpline or to make a report online, which are hosted by EthicsPoint, a third-party Helpline provider. By speaking up, you are looking out for the good of everyone and Southcoast Health’s long-term well-being. Anyone who makes a good-faith report is protected from retaliation or retribution.

The information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a confidential and anonymous basis if you choose not to provide your name and contact information. You have our commitment that you will be heard and that we will take your concern(s) seriously.

Please review the Ethics Point FAQs for more information.
