Our Commitment

At Ensemble, we are committed to conducting our business activities in full compliance with all applicable Federal and State laws, rules and regulations, and payor requirements. In furtherance of this commitment, we developed our Compliance Program to provide you with guidelines, education, and tools to help all of us meet these commitments.

We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you believe potential violations have occurred. At the same time, we recognize that it is not always easy or comfortable to talk about suspected misconduct.

Consequently, we have contracted with an independent outside entity to operate a toll-free Compliance Hotline and Web-Based Portal that are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to provide you with a mechanism to seek guidance or report suspected violations of Ensemble’s Compliance Program, anonymously, if desired.

The information you provide will be sent directly to the Ensemble Compliance Team by EthicsPoint - anonymously if you choose. Thank you for Being the Difference!
