Bird Construction Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Bird”) require that all employees, direct service providers, and agents of the Company observe the highest levels of ethics and respect, and that they comply with all applicable rules, regulations, laws, and policies.

Bird is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. As such, if you have witnessed or are aware of a violation of our policies or legal standards, you are encouraged to report it. This hotline, hosted by EthicsPoint (a third-party provider), allows you to submit a report documenting your account of what occurred. You may also use this EthicsPoint hotline to ask for guidance related to Bird’s policies and procedures. In situations where you prefer to remain unidentified, EthicsPoint permits you to submit a report or inquiry anonymously.

The information you input into EthicsPoint will be reviewed and, if applicable, investigated. In any event, you have our guarantee that your comments will be heard.

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
