Report a concern

Anoymous reporting options are available to you. If you have questions about what happens after you submit a report, please refer to the EthicsPoint FAQs.

The University of Southern California (USC) uses EthicsPoint, an independent provider of hotline services, to provide a simple way to report concerns, with the option of anonymity from campus community members, third-party vendors, or the public. EthicsPoint is always available and offers multi-lingual translators when reporting by phone.

Our Commitment

USC is committed to fostering an inclusive environment where all members of the University community can work, learn, live and thrive. Please see USC’s Code of Integrity and Accountability. We encourage any member of our community to report concerns, even if anonymously. All reports will be treated equally whether they are submitted anonymously or not. However, reports made anonymously may limit the university’s ability to fully investigate concerns. USC will make every effort to maintain the privacy, where possible, of those who come forward.
