Everyone at NTTA is expected to act in a lawful, professional, and ethical manner. Our Board and Employee Ethics Policies specify how to conduct business with the highest standards of ethics.

NTTA encourages open communication, feedback, and discussions about any matter that could impact NTTA. NTTA believes that most concerns can be resolved in the applicable chain of command in an atmosphere of mutual respect.

Reports can be made anonymous, are confidential, and are protected from retaliation. If you see something, say something.

To Make a Report

You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:

  • Dial toll-free, within the United States, Guam, Puerto Rico and Canada:

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
