If you have reason to believe that one of these individuals has violated MCF’s policies or is in violation of a state or federal statute or regulation, you are encouraged to report your concerns via one of the number of options below.

  • You can discuss the issue directly with the person or people involved, or your supervisor. The Foundation’s policies protect employees who report a good faith concern regarding illegal or improper activity. Third parties likewise may report to the Foundation a good faith concern regarding the legality or propriety of Foundation actions or the use of Foundation funds.
  • You can report your concerns to the Foundation’s President & CEO, Chief Human Resources Officer, or Board Chair. Reports under the Foundation’s Equal Opportunity and Anti-Harassment Policy also may be made to the Foundation’s Chief Human Resources Officer. If confidentiality is requested, the Foundation will protect the identity of the person reporting to the greatest extent practicable given the needs to conduct a fair and thorough investigation and to take any necessary corrective action.
  • If you feel unable to discuss the matter with anyone at the Foundation, you can use this webpage or the hotline identified here, both of which are hosted by EthicsPoint, an anonymous reporting service. The information you provide will be sent to the Foundation by EthicsPoint on a completely confidential and anonymous basis if you so choose anonymity.

To Make a Report

You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
