Our Commitment

Trimble is an organization with strong values of responsibility and integrity. Our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics contains general guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of ethics.

We are committed to an environment where open, honest communications channels are open for sources of information outside of our employee base. In compliance with DIRECTIVE (EU) 2019/1937 Trimble offers the opportunity to inform us of what may constitute breaches of European Union law through a reporting portal.

This reporting portal may only be used by former employees, contractors, staff of suppliers and shareholders of Trimble who intend to inform us of a breach of European Union laws. For a description on what laws this refers to, please go to the section "What type of reporting is protected" here: https://ec.europa.eu/commission/presscorner/detail/en/MEMO_18_3442. This portal allows for anonymous reporting. Should you choose to provide your or other persons' personal data, this will be processed as described in our Privacy Notice.

If you want to contact us in other matters: please go through the contacts known to you.
