Vibe Restaurants was founded on the values of Act like an Owner, Win as a Team, and Love what We Do. We strive to maintain a positive and productive work environment for our employees. Our Code of Conduct, found in our employee handbook, contains general guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of ethics.
Vibe Restaurants is committed to an environment where open and honest communication is the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your manager or any leader, in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred. Vibe also wants you to have the opportunity to share information that you may not feel comfortable discussing with your manager, or when you simply wish to share information but remain anonymous. In these latter two situations, you are encouraged to use our Compliments and Concerns hotline, hosted by a third-party provider called EthicsPoint.
We also invite you to use the Compliments and Concerns hotline to recognize or compliment your supervisor, manager or coworker when you feel that they have exceeded your expectations. You will have to provide your name when leaving a compliment as it cannot be an anonymous report; we want your leaders and coworkers to know the specific situation in which they exceeded your expectations.
The information you provide via the Compliments and Concerns hotline will be collected confidentially and anonymously, if requested, by EthicsPoint, and then sent to Human Resources at Vibe, who will share the compliment or ensure your concerns are addressed.
