Intuitive’s Employee Hotline, EthicsPoint, is a secure and anonymous channel for all Intuitive employees, contingent workers, customers, third-party agencies, and others to anonymously report suspected violations.
Intuitive is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable approaching the company’s legal department, your manager or any other company manager, or Human Resources where you believe violations of standards may have occurred. Should you prefer to report a matter anonymously, you are encouraged to use this hotline.
All information you provide will be sent to Intuitive by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and anonymous basis if you should choose.
Report with confidence
Intuitive does not permit retaliation of any kind against employees for good faith reports of ethical violations. Retaliation or retribution against employees for good faith reporting ethical violations is cause for appropriate disciplinary action.

- Submitted reports related to apparent violations stated in our Code of Conduct
- Seeking guidance related to policies and procedure and providing positive suggestions and stories
