This document contains general guidelines that will help us conduct business with the highest ethical standards and represents NEORIS' commitment to providing a healthy work environment where open and honest communication prevails. We empower our people to make good decisions, act, and confidently express themselves to their supervisors or management in cases where they believe policy or norm violations have occurred.

With our Code of Ethics, we seek to define our expectations for how we should behave and make decisions. This Code serves as a guide to help us navigate complex situations and ensure that we uphold a high ethical standard.

In situations where you prefer to make an anonymous report confidentially, we invite you to use this direct helpline managed by an external provider, EthicsPoint. You are encouraged to submit reports related to violations outlined in our Code of Ethics, seek guidance regarding policies and procedures, and provide suggestions and positive stories.

The information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint, completely confidential and anonymous if you wish. We guarantee that your comments will be heard.

To Make a Report


By Phone

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
