Each of us has a responsibility to ask questions and raise concerns in good faith about potential problems in the workplace or with BWA’s business operations.

CONFIDENTIAL ASSISTANCE

The BWA Help-Line is a confidential service for BWA employees, contractors and business partners to ask questions or raise concerns in good faith about BWA's workplace and business operations. The Help-Line is operated by NAVEX, an independent company unaffiliated with BWA. If you are an BWA employee, we encourage you to speak first with your manager or another BWA resource. If you are not comfortable raising your concern with local management, or if you have raised a concern previously and it has not been resolved, the BWA Help-Line will assist you. Questions and good faith concerns are taken seriously, and will receive a prompt and professional response.

To Make a Report

You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:

  • Dial toll-free, within the United States, Guam, Puerto Rico and Canada:

After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
