At Fuze Health, we're here for you.
It’s essential for us to provide a safe space and open-door culture for everyone to feel comfortable to speak up. Everyone’s voice deserves to be heard.
Our Commitment
Fuze Health is committed to supporting and encouraging everyone to feel they have a place to voice any incidents or concerns they may have experienced or witnessed in the workplace. We recognize that there may be circumstances when you are not comfortable reporting an issue with your identity, so we encourage you to report anonymously if you choose. For this reason we have partnered with EthicsPoint, a 3rd party vendor, to allow you to submit your incidents or concerns anonymously. We only ask that you provide as many details as possible. These reports are available only to specific individuals within Fuze Health who are charged with evaluating the report, based on the type of violation and location of the incident.
Information you provide can be submitted via the website, your mobile device, or the hotline number.
Non-Retaliation
Fuze Health does not tolerate any retaliatory action against anyone for reporting incidents or concerns. It takes courage to speak up, especially if it involves a situation in the workplace. Retaliation against anyone who submits a report is strictly prohibited. You can refer to our Code of Conduct and Ethics for any questions around non-retaliation.
See EthicsPoint FAQ for more information on how to utilize the hotline and reporting system.
