Boston Metal is committed to building and maintaining a safe environment where people feel comfortable raising concerns and supporting the company in identifying and addressing adverse situations.

We encourage all Employees, Third Parties, Communities, and Partners to report any unethical, illegal, or improper conduct, anonymously if preferred.

Any form of retaliation against those who, in good faith, bring forward allegations or information about misconduct will not be tolerated.

The information you provide will be processed through EthicsPoint, a platform developed by Navex, an independent company that ensures that all data and information remain secure and are only made available to the person responsible for investigating the case at Boston Metal, in a confidential manner.

After submitting your report, you will receive a unique code, the case reference number. With this, you will be able to contact the Compliance Department, update your report, provide additional information, and receive updates on the progress of your case.

Make sure to write down your case reference number and password and keep them in a safe place.

To Make a Report

You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:

  • Select the country in which you are located.

After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
