Battelle Arctic Research Operations is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor, your management, or a member of the Battelle Arctic Research Operations Team in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred.
You are encouraged to use this hotline operated by a 3rd party (EthicsPoint) if you are not comfortable speaking with management, if you are not comfortable speaking to a member of the Battelle Arctic Research Operations Team, if the concern involves management, or if you prefer your identity not be associated with the reported concern.
The information you provide will be sent to Battelle and the NSF by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and, if you should choose, anonymous basis. We assure you that your comments will be heard.

After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
