You may place an anonymous ethics report in confidence relating to any violations of Code of Conduct, by using ethic hotline, hosted by a third-party hotline provider, EthicsPoint.
You may also place an anonymous internal whistleblower report in confidence relating to breaches of laws listed in the Procedure of internal reporting in CMC Poland sp. z o.o., by making online report and you may get legal protection in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Law.

To make an Ethic hotline report
After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. Thank you for your application.
We will review your application and we will contact you within the regulatory timeframe of 7 days
