Reporting risks and violations under the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act in Dow Germany’s operations or supply chain
We take our responsibility for respecting human rights and avoiding environmental risks very seriously. In order to fulfill this responsibility, we have set up our own complaints procedure in accordance with the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (“LkSG”), which you can reach at any time, around the clock, from anywhere and, if you wish, anonymously.
In respect of Dow Germany‘s operations or supply chain, do you have any evidence of actual or potential violations related to any of the following matters?
- Child labor
- Forced or compulsory labor
- Slavery
- Respect for freedom of association and collective bargaining
- Unequal treatment or discrimination in employment
- Healthy and safe workplace
- Adequate living wage
- Unlawful taking of land, forest and waters
- Unlawful use of force by security personnel
- Soil change, water or air pollution, noise emission or excessive water consumption harmful to human health or living conditions
- Breach of duty impairing a legally protected position in a particularly serious manner
Human Rights
- Unlawful import or export of hazardous waste pursuant to the Basel Convention
- Unlawful production or use of persistent organic pollutants pursuant to the Stockholm Convention
- Unlawful handling, collection, storage and disposal of waste pursuant to the Stockholm Convention
- Unlawful manufacture, use or treatment of mercury-added products, compounds or waste pursuant to the Minamata Convention.

After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
