Academic Programs International is committed to hosting student experiences where open, honest communication is the expectation, not the exception. Your on-site directors are always available to assist with issues or concerns that arise during your program. In addition, we want you to know that you can also use this system to submit a report to API stateside if you experience or witness something that is troubling. You are not required to disclose your identity to report an issue, and you may report on anything you deem important, such as disclosing violations of policies or standards, safety concerns for yourself or others, or any other circumstances that are of concern. This report will be shared with those within the API team that need to know in order to address the issues you raise and take necessary action to stop and/or prevent similar incidents whenever possible.

After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

Do not use this site to report events presenting an immediate threat to life or property. Reports submitted through this service may not receive an immediate response. If you require emergency assistance, please go directly to an API representative, use the API Emergency Hotline or contact your local authorities.
