This is a confidential reporting service where International Paper employees can ask questions, report concerns and solve problems. This service is also available to customers, suppliers, contractors or members of the public who have a question or concern.
Reporting a Concern
Reports to the HelpLine are handled by an independent, third-party service. We encourage you to submit your concern confidentially, without fear of retribution or retaliation. International Paper does not tolerate retaliation against those who report a concern in good faith – this is the company’s promise in return for our employees making such reports. Where permitted by law, you may make your report anonymously.

- Conflicts of Interest
- Theft or misuse of company assets
- Harassment or discrimination
- Unsafe situations and behavior
- Improper gifts or business courtesies
- Audit and accounting concerns
- Fraud
- Any other violations of law or company policies and procedures
Note: Local laws may affect the HelpLine’s availability and terms of use. Upon submission of your report, personal data contained in this report will be processed according to our Privacy Notice. Site usage data will be processed independently by NAVEX under their Privacy Notice. After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
