OUR COMMITMENT
Dallas College is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred.
In situations where you may not feel comfortable approaching your supervisor, where it is not applicable or practical to approach the supervisor, or in situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, the information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and anonymous basis.
Your input is valued and critical; reports made will be carefully reviewed and appropriate actions will be taken to address the issues raised.
WHISTLEBLOWER PROTECTION
Consistent with federal and state laws, the College's whistleblower protection policy guarantees that no retaliation may be taken against an employee who reports in good faith a violation of law by the College or another employee to proper authorities. Any employee who believes that a financial wrongdoing or any other fraudulent activity has been committed by others is encouraged to report such incidents to the College's Internal Audit Department. All such reports may be made confidentially, and employees who so desire may remain anonymous. However, sufficient information should be provided to ensure adequate follow-up on all reports made.
