We are the business behind the world’s brands. To help these brands maximize the value of their technology, we must maintain the highest ethical standards.

In the Ingram Micro Code of Conduct Supplement for Germany and the Supplier Code of Conduct (Germany) we explain why social responsibility matters to us. As a global partner, we regularly communicate our efforts in the areas of environmental and social impact to stakeholders. We expect all associates of Ingram Micro Germany to act in a manner consistent with our policies, objectives and goals, in particular as they relate to respecting human rights and preventing environmental risks.

To comply with the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act mandatory complaint procedures, Ingram Micro Germany has implemented this reporting channel, separate from the global Ingram Micro Hotline, so that anyone can report human rights- and environmental risks or (suspected and or imminent) violations within Ingram Micro Germany’s own business area and in its supply chain.

Ingram Micro Germany wants you to feel comfortable reporting any human rights and environmental risks or any suspected violations either directly or through this website, hosted by EthicsPoint.

In line with Ingram Micro's "Sunshine Rule" we believe in the principle of bringing issues forward to correct them. Ingram Micro has a zero-tolerance policy for retaliation and will protect you when voicing concerns in good faith. This applies to both employees and external reporters, even if the report is subsequently found to be unjustified.

If you have questions or concerns, Ingram Micro encourages you to speak up.

Ingram Micro will thoroughly investigate any report and involve the reporter appropriately throughout the process. The handling of the report will be conducted in a fair, neutral, and independent manner.

To uphold confidentiality, both the identity of the reporter and the contents of the report will be kept strictly confidential, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Ingram Micro complies with all relevant data privacy laws and regulations. Please refer to our Rules of Procedure for the Grievance Mechanism for more information.
